Beginning this fall, the University of Iowa will offer four degree programs at the Iowa Center for Higher Education in Des Moines.
The programs include: BS in Sport and Recreation Management, BA in Enterprise Leadership, BA in Political Science, and BA in Social Work. Students in these programs will have the opportunity to complete courses in Des Moines after earning some college credit, like an associate degree at a community college or undergraduate coursework at the University of Iowa or another four-year institution.
Students in the four Des Moines programs will have options to take courses on-campus in Des Moines, online, and through hybrid offerings. Each of the four degree programs will continue to be offered at the UI’s main campus in Iowa City.
The Iowa Center for Higher Education will open this fall at 2500 Fleur Drive in Des Moines, the former location of the AIB College of Business. The application deadline for the Fall term in Des Moines is August 1st with classes starting on August 22. To learn more, visit desmoines.uiowa.edu.
